Should there be a step added to Grinstein’s 5 steps that incorporates user testing to ensure that the message being communicated is clear and approachable?
It is interesting and exciting to think about the machine reducing repetitive human tasks. Is there a time though that designers loose some potential insight and intimacy with their data as they rely on programing?
